Commercial Carpet Cleaning
Commercial Carpet Cleaning should be done at least once a year. While Commercial Carpets are manufactured to withstand much heavier use than Residential Carpets, as a result they are more prone to staining.
Estimate Process
If you have Commercial Carpets that you would like cleaned, we would be happy to help you. For Commercial jobs we provide a quote after performing a walkthrough. This allows us to provide the best, and most accurate, price. We will send out a Technician within 5 business days to do a walk-through of the areas you would like cleaned. After that, you will receive the estimate within 7 business days.
Basic Cleaning
Our basic quote is for our Steam Cleaning Service which includes an enzyme pre-spray and spot removal products. If the Carpets are extremely dirty, or have unknown staining we may recommend premium products or services. We also provide options for After Hours and Weekend services upon request.
Rotary Scrub and Shampoo
We recommend Rotary Scrub for most Commercial Carpets due to heavy use and more opportunity for spills and stains. Our Technicians will perform the Scrub before the standard Steam Clean and it is a much more agressive method of cleaning.
Stain Removal
If there are a lot of stains, older stains, or stains of unknown origin, our standard cleaning process may not be able to remove them 100%. They may require special chemical treatments, which includes:
- Rust
- Coffee/Tea
- Paint
- Oil
- Grease
- Gum
- Wax
If you are still seeing staining after the Carpets are dry, definitely contact our office. However, we will always do our best to remove as many stains as possible with our standard cleaning.
Carpet Protection
Our standard Steam Clean is not always able to remove all stains. Regular cleaning, quality carpet, and Stain Guard application all help to make stain removal easier.
Carpets that have a fabric protector product applied after cleaning consistently have better stain removal results. Included in the estimate will be a quote for our Stain Guard application. It can also be added on site when our Technicians are there to perform the cleaning.
