Right from the start, the process was very professional from time of arrival and explanation by Dave of what to expect! Dave offered the extra services and why it is important and how to better maintain my carpet. He also outlined what to expect when I get home regards to drying time and further maintenance following the job completion. All in all, I have used 2 other companies in the past and no comparison to the professionalism and bottom line, no surprises…perfect way to come home and fresh appearance to my upstairs carpeting even in the corners and tight spots. No need to source other competitors as the service was 5 star!Easy call to refer to friends and family.

It was the CJOB commercials that did it! Loved listening to ‘the kids’ talking about their Dad so finally called and booked a cleaning for all the carpets on the main level of my home… including some area rugs. Len and his new buddy, Morgan were here bright and early. It’s been awhile since the carpets were cleaned and having lived with 2 little dogs over a number of years… well, ’nuff said. As the consummate professional he is, Len recommended, but didn’t push, the rotary shampooing and disinfectant which made the overall costs higher than this senior had anticipated, but it really was a case of ‘if you’re going to do the job right, it needs to be done right!’ and the results speak for themselves. My beagle immediately took to the guys who were gentle and friendly right back. Now to keep her paws clean during this wet, rainy time!
Len and Morgan worked efficiently together getting the job done quickly before moving on to the next client…. both of them supplied with a bag of lunch goodies from a most satisfied and grateful client.

We called Super Value Carpet cleaning to have our sunroom carpet cleaned.  It had many old stains, from childhood juice stains to puppy urine.  It was cleaned one day by very friendly and professional staff (do not remember their names).  Unfortuneatly when it was dry the next day, we could see that many of the stains had not lifted.  After a call to Cathy in customer service, a crew was back at our house within 2 hours to clean the problem spots again.  Dave and Trevor were very professional and efficient.  Dave even took care of some fresh paw prints our dog had made that morning!  This company obviously goes the extra mile to care for customers, and we will be definitely telling our friends.

I called your company for a price quote and you were much lower in price than the competition. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money cleaning a sofa that was in my Gaming Room. After calling a few companies and getting outrageous prices I came across Super Value. I was given a price and booked on the spot. I wanted a Saturday appointment and called around. With only two days notice, several companies wanted to book two weeks from the date I called. Super Value was able to book my appointment for the Saturday. The staff that answered the phone was polite and professional, even calling me the day before to remind me and calling me the morning of the appointment to let me know they were on their way as I requested.

Len and Matt are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I have a 4 year old microfiber sofa that is off white. This is a bad combination as my sofa got badly stained over the years from normal use. Len did a superb job in cleaning my sofa. My wife was amazed at how good the sofa looks and praised your company. Great work at a very reasonable price.

This past Saturday, Ian and Ivan came to clean the carpets and a recliner in my elderly mother’s apartment. There were lots of stains and a stale, unpleasant odour when they started, but when they were finished, it smelled and looked wonderful! They were also very kind and helped my mother to her chair when they were done. I’ll be calling again when we need rugs or upholstery cleaned. Thanks!

I had booked Super Value to clean my carpets and in particular try to remove some previous stains. I have to admit I was not too optimistic as one stain in particular had been in the carpet for over a year, and I did have a previous carpet cleaner (another company) attempt to remove this last year with no success. After your cleaners finished the job, all the stains were gone–even the one the previous cleaner could not get out a year ago! I am very impressed with the cleaning-my carpets have never looked this good. I have tried several other cleaning companies, but never with this success. I guess I should have tried Super Value first! Thanks for an excellent job! I have already recommended your company to several friends and family.
